How a Sale Works

1. Finalize Inventory. Review boxes, unit counts, weights, and all data in your Seller Admin Dashboard.
2. Send to the SMASH Marketplace. Select finalized inventory and publish. You set the terms — minimum bid, sale window, pickup or shipping, payment terms, any conditions.
3. Bids Come In. Vetted, approved buyers compete. Buyers may attach counter-terms. You are never forced to accept.
4. You Pick the Best Deal. Review all bids and terms. Accept the offer that suits your operation.
5. Generate the Invoice. Your admin creates an invoice inside SMASH for the agreed amount. Buyer checks in inventory via their portal.
6. Payment & Shipping. Handled directly between you and the buyer per the terms you agreed to. SMASH issues your commission invoice via Stripe.
